  • If a cancellation is requested within a reasonable time and food preparation has not begun, we may issue a refund at our discretion.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather).

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

  • If no one is available at the delivery address, our driver may attempt to contact you. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to our premises, and no refund will be issued.

  • For collection orders, food must be picked up within the agreed timeframe to maintain quality and food safety.

 5.⁠ ⁠Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

  • We take allergies seriously, but we cannot guarantee that our food is completely free from allergens.

  • Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions must inform us when placing an order.
