We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if payment is not received or in cases of suspected fraud.
3. Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
If a cancellation is requested within a reasonable time and food preparation has not begun, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unavailability of ingredients or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified, and refunds will be provided if applicable.
4. Delivery & Collection
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather).
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
If no one is available at the delivery address, our driver may attempt to contact you. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to our premises, and no refund will be issued.
For collection orders, food must be picked up within the agreed timeframe to maintain quality and food safety.
5. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements
We take allergies seriously, but we cannot guarantee that our food is completely free from allergens.
Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions must inform us when placing an order.
While we take precautions, cross-contamination may occur, and we do not accept liability for allergic reactions.
6. Refunds & Complaints
